'The Strain' - Renewed for Fourth & Final Season

FX renewed The Strain for its fourth and final season, which will air in summer 2017. It's currently in the middle of the third season. They said it was always intended to have a limited run. FX Networks president of original programming Nick Grad said, "we sincerely thank Carlton Cuse, Guillermo del Toro, Chuck Hogan and their creative team as well as the fantastic cast for three exciting seasons of The Strain. Though we’re sad to see it go, we fully support the way in which they are crafting the fourth season's dramatic conclusion".
