King Shelter - New Song "Everything Hurts"
Orange County's King Shelter released new song "Everything Hurts". Taylor Hecocks of King Shelter said "'Everything Hurts' is my grandfather's story. Life is hard. The American dream isn't really a dream; it's a vortex of preoccupations. But after all is said and done, the corner store is still gonna be selling those sweet cowboy killers n vodka. For the Krispis giveth and the Krispis taketh away". The band wants to share ideas that remind listeners to think for themselves. Hecocks has said before that "if we want things to be better, then we have to do it. Change happens by people doing things, by people disregarding classes and associations. I want people to see what is important. People are important, art is important, output is important, YOU ARE IMPORTANT". Check out our recent interview where they told us what inspired their single "Preoccupy", what salad rock means, and how soon we can expect more music.
