Chasing Cadence - "Watching The World" (Video)
Hertfordshire alt-rockers Chasing Cadence released their new video for "Watching The World". It's from their new EP Destroy Something Beautiful. This video is the second part of a special trilogy of videos for each single from the record that follows the same narrative. Previously in the trilogy, Jack Harris (vocals) and Rob Barlow (rhythm guitar) have set up a heist and robbed a gangster at gunpoint, and as henchmen chase the band down, Barlow has driven off & escaped leaving Harris for dead. This video continues the narrative.
Barlow said, "I guess there is kind of a hidden concept behind the entire trilogy concept. The fact that being in a band leaves you pretty penniless and if you want to succeed, sometimes you've got to be a bit of a bad guy and take no prisoners. If you want to truly succeed, sometimes you need to make sacrifices". Watch the video and see their tour dates below and find the EP on iTunes.
Tour Dates:
29th September - The Black Heart, London (EP release show)
30th September - Cameo, Romford (w/ Create To Inspire)
1st October - The Cobblestones, Bridgwater (w/ Scholars)
2nd October - Turbulence Festival, Plymouth
27th October - The UMAs, Troxy – London
