Fans have worried about what changes would be made to
Supergirl once it moved to
The CW. So far the news has been great. However, one question still lingered. Will Calista Flockhart (as fun, almost pivotal character Cat Grant) return for season 2? She will be returning. However, she will only be a recurring character and not a series regular. She is set to appear in multiple episodes including the season 2 premiere. It's rather the move from Los Angeles to Vancouver than the move from CBS to The CW that inspired her reduction in appearances.
Superman (
Tyler Hoechlin) will join his cousin this season and the original Wonder Woman (
Lynda Carter) will be joining the show as the President of the United States.
Supergirl returns October 10th on The CW.
