Brock Baker - "Fairytale Ending" (Video)
You might know Arizona-bred, LA-based singer/songwriter Brock Baker as one of the Dalton Academy Warblers from Glee or from YouTube, but he originally started his love of music at the age of four when he started performing and participating in singing competitions. He received his first musical award for "Best Vocals" at GMAs in 2007. He has performed with and opened for artists like Katy Perry, Jordin Sparks, The Eagles, Michael W. Smith, Natalie Grant, Tye Tribett and more.
Today he is releasing a new video for an original song called "Fairytale Ending". The new video shows the stripped down, acoustic version of the song that he initially released in 2011. He told us "I can't help but be a little bit of a hopeless romantic and FairyTale Ending really shows that side of me. The intention behind the song is one of hope, and the orchestration, lyrics, and melodies follow the heartbeat. I've always believed that good-hearted girls deserve to be treated with respect, this song is meant to honor those that deserve a happily ever after. The "knight in tattered armor" represents the realistic imperfections of the men out there (myself included) trying to be chivalrous but never fully deserving of the purity of girls we're tying to sweep off of their feet. I feel this song and hope that men and women alike can feel it too. I write a lot of soulful pop music but FairyTale Ending will always hold a special place in my soul because it gives me the hope that one day I'll get to have my happily ever after too".
