There have been rumors for weeks that the UFC was being shopped around and at one point it seemed it had already sold. However, over night it was being reported that it has reportedly sold for $4 Billion. It's hard to know if this is true until the official statement comes out (which is expected later this morning). However, Dana White did post a cryptic tweet around the same time the reports started circulating. See it below.
He has reason to be happy with the sale and it is also being reported that he will be staying on with the company. It reportedly sold to the group led by WME-IMG. If true, this will be the largest sale in the history of sport.
