Hey Arnold! - Movie News
It's been rumored for a while that we would see an updated version of Hey Arnold!, the popular cartoon from Nickelodeon. A.V. Club reports that the upcoming movie will be called Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie. Craig Bartlett has hinted that this was the title earlier this year. Nineteen of the original voice actors will be back for the movie including the voices of Grandpa, Grandma, Helga, Phoebe, Harold, Rhonda, Olga, Mr. Simmons, Stella, Eduardo, Ernie, Bob Pataki, Miriam, Big Patty, Coach Wittenberg, the Stoop Kid, and Miles.
We'll hear the former voices of Arnold and Gerald, as well. However, Lane Toran and Jamil Smith will voice other characters and not their original parts. Mason Vale Cotton (Mad Men) and Benjamin "L'l P-Nut" Flores Jr. (Game Shakers) will voice Arnold and Gerald.
Eugene, Stinky, and Sid will be voiced by younger actors who star on other Nickelodeon shows. Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2) will voice the villain, Lasombra who has appeared in a past episode.
