Nashville - Could the Show be Saved?
Fans were very surprised when Nashville was canceled without advance warning and seemingly without a clear wrap up for the series. Apparently the cast and crew were very surprised, as well.
There are plans behind the scenes to try to find a new home, perhaps at a new network or with an online distributor such as Hulu. See some of the cast messages about the cancellation below, as well as a message from the Mayor of Nashville who acknowledges that the city will be losing out if the show is canceled.

So grateful to so many for the dream that has been #Nashville. Not always easy to be Deacon. But to play him? An absolute joy and an honor.— Charles Esten (@CharlesEsten) May 13, 2016
