Between You and Me's debut single, "Cavalier", is a pretty standout pop/punk song. The song sticks out due to the great vocals, crisp sounding instruments, and overall well produced presentation. The song is a slice of fun spring/summer pop/punk. It features the sing-a-long-able hooks, the fun energy, and just overall great catchy sound that I always look for in pop/punk. I think the chorus on this song is pretty good, as well. A lot of pop/punk and emo/punk fans will enjoy the lyrics. The song basically features pop/punk with emo tinged lyrics at their best:
