Kevin Devine - Brother's Blood (Vinyl Details)
Man, what can we say about Kevin Devine that we haven't said already? He's one of our very favorite humans to work with, and without a doubt one of the most brilliant songwriters in indie rock. Maybe you heard us wax on about him when we released his 7" She Can See Me single in November.
We're going to be working with Kevin a LOT this year – you can expect a big announcement on that front around the end of January – but it all starts with this double-LP reissue of the long out-of-print Brother's Blood.
What we've got here is a gnarly 2xLP release, housed in die-cut gatefold packaging. The record fits on three vinyl sides, so we made good use of the D-side – we pressed three songs from the I Could Be With Anyone EP, songs that have never been pressed on vinyl before, on that D-side. They sound incredible, and we're really happy with the variants we came up with for these LPs.
