This is out January 15, 2014. This is the conclusion of the Darkest Hours arc. This arc has dealt with the Superior Spider-Man and the Venom symbiote. This issue is said to be a "you can't afford to miss" and an "utterly shocking issue" by Marvel. There are also hints that characters may die in this issue.
